Parc Clematis a new condominium in the Bidadari enclave and upcoming to Woodleigh MRT station, will hold its general public preview from this weekend with product sales to commence on July 14.
Jointly designed by CEL Advancement, Heeton Holdings and KSH Holdings, the estate on a land area of 19,547 sqm will comprise six towers with 805 residential models.
The one-to five-bedroom units in Parc Clematis will be priced at an average of $1,700 for every sq ft a single-bedders will start at all around $780,000, two-bedders are over $900,000.
